【Part-Time】 English Facilitator

Position Details LanCul has a wide age range of members and mates are expected to be flexible to everyone at the table. The Mate will provide a platform for the members to share their experiences by facilitating a group conversation. Our Mates’ main duties would be leading conversations between small groups of up to seven. We have a wide range of customers mostly from their twenties to their forties.

We are more interested in your communication skills than teaching qualifications so students and those lacking experience are welcome to apply.

Working hours A minimum of 16 hours or 4 shifts per week
Remuneration A starting pay of ¥1,020~/hour + monthly incentives* + transportation reimbursement of up to ¥3,000/day

*Mates are given an incentive(5-30k) added on top of their month’s pay based on the number of shifts that they’ve successfully been assigned to at the beginning of every scheduling cycle.

Probation 3 months (the same remuneration)

Position Details As an engineer on our team, you will design, architect and maintain the CORE components of the LanCul android application. You will be working within a small, but effective engineering team and with your strong attention to detail you will help us to find the best solutions to important problems, always having the user in mind.
Key Qualifications;

• 1+ year experience in Android Development (Java / Kotlin)
• Experience with web development (HTML / CSS)

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our design team in a culture-driven organization. The ideal designer will have a passion for taking on complex problems and designing elegant, simple solutions that surprise and delight everyone. By constantly focusing on the users, we’ll create products and services that are not only amazing to look at, but also intuitive and useful to people. Position Details You will be responsible for researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences based on product requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and Senior Management.
Deliverables include design mock-ups, prototyping, production of visual assets and producing documentation required for implementation with engineering teams.
Key Qualifications;
• Passion for LanCul’s culture and values
• 2+ year experience in user-centered design with hands on experience throughout the process, from user research to developing prototypes and collaborating on implementation.
• 2+ year experience in delivering wire frames, UX flows, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, final assets as well as personas and use case development.
• Work as part of a cross functional team, partnering with users, marketing, engineering, business analysts and development teams to deliver business value.
• Programs knowledge: Familiarity with Design and Prototyping software such as: Sketch, Adobe XD, Omnigraffle or equivalent
• Languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript, WordPress knowledge is desirable, but not required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
